Hi
Can anyone help me read this will. I believe it is the will of ggg.grandfather as his son Francis Edwards was an architect and so was this frances edwards

This is the last Will and Testament
of me Francis Edwards formerly of New North Street Queen Square
in the County of Middlesex but now of Hart Street Bloomsbury Square in
the same County Architect I nominate and appoint my dear wife and my dear
son Francis Edwards Executrix and Executor of this [  ] will and trustees for
the purposes hereinafter mentioned and I direct that all my just debts funeral and
testamentary expenses may be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently
may be after my decease I give and bequeath to each of my dear daughters
Eleanor Edwards and Fanny Hart and also to my said dear Son Francis
Edwards a legacy or sum of one thousand pounds sterling I desire and direct
that the dividends interest or annual income arising from my one hundred and
twenty six old shares class A in the Imperial Gas Light Company in London
may be paid to and received by my said dear Wife during her life for her own
absolute use and benefit and subject thereto I give and bequeath the aforesaid
shares unto and equally between and among my said three children And as to
all the rest and residue of my personal estate and  effects of what nature
or kindsoever or wheresoever situate and being I direct that the same may be
held Upon and for the trusts intents and purposes following namely Upon trust
to permit my said dear Wife to have the use and enjoyment thereof or of the
income among therefrom during her life for her own absolute use and benefit
And I authorise and empower her by any writing under her hand or by her
last Will and Testament absolutely to give bequeath and dispose of the whole
or any portion of my said general residuary estate and effects in such manner
and form as she may think fit and in default of any such gift bequest or
disposition as aforesiad and so far as any such may not extend Then I direct
that from and immediately after the decease of my said dear Wife my said general
residuary estate and effects shall be divided equally between and among my
said three children and I give and bequeath the same to them accordingly And
hereby revoking all former Wills at any time heretofore by me made I declare
this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have here
unto set my hand this twenty first day of July one thousand eight hundred and
fifty seven - Francis Edwards - Signed by the above named Francis
Edwards as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of both of us
who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses - John Thomas
