WW2 1944 100th General Hospital
« on: Tuesday 24 October 23 13:44 BST (UK) »
Hi

Can anyone tell me if the 100th General Hospital was in France at Bar-le-Duc in October 1944?

My Uncle was sent there after escaping from Italy on 30th October 1944.  His papers say "100th Gen Hosp C.M."

As I understand it this hospital was an American one?

He was then transferred to 64 Gen Hosp and then  100 BR Gen Hosp. (same hospital as above?).

Thank you.

Wow, thank you Shaun!  I hunted the internet with no luck, so thank you very much for this information.  Much appreciated.
