I wondering whether someone could lookup a baptism/birth record for a Mary (Ann) Thompson born in Dromore parish, Co. Down circa 1815 if possible?

Religion? (only Church of Ireland and Catholic churches are grouped into parishes)- or did you mean civil parish?

From PRONI's Guide to Church Records (available in Belfast on microfilm)
Dromara Church of Ireland baptisms start 1881 and Magherahamlet C of I. also 1881 (earlier records lost in Dublin)
1st Dromara Presbyterian baptisms start 1762; 2nd Dromara Presbyterian Church didn't start until 1845
Dromara Reformed Presbyterian baptisms start 1874
Dromara R.C. baptisms start 1844
