Marriage of William Welsh and Sarah Welsh took place as above.  Would like to see the original details if possible.

Ancestry has a transcription however it says William WELSH married Sarah MONDS 10 June 1805 at St Martin, Cantebury, Kent. Is this the marriage you mean?

Modified to add:
family search has the same couple, with a banns on 19 May 1805, "marriage notice" on 10 June 1805 and Marriage on 11 June 1805.

Ah...okay.  Yes, that would probably be it.  However, I've a marriage settlement as follows:
"Marriage settlement of William Welsh and Sarah Welsh (personal estate) EKU844/T146 date 1805 Deposited by Messrs Knocker, Elwin and Lambert, solicitors of Castle Street, Dover."  What is this all about?  [/i]

Perhaps the settlement was put in writing only after they married.

Images of the original banns and marriage are available on Findmypast.

Both of this parish on Banns.

Marriage date was 10 June 1805.
They were both of this parish. He signed she made her mark.
