Seavers Family
« on: Wednesday 25 October 23 12:15 BST (UK) »
Looking for some information on William Henry Seavers born 1859 Dingle Kerry. In 1911 he was living in St Albans Hertfordshire with 3 children Reginald and 2 Daughters. Looking to find out who his parents were and any siblings.
Thanks 👍

I would agree that John Seavers & Eliza McFall are the most likely parents. The other option would be Thomas Seavers & Catherine O'Brien. The fact that he named his 1st son, John, would be a clue. John was a Scripture Reader by occupation.

His birth was 1859 & he married in 1880. There could be other children between 1859 & 1864 when registration came in.

There was an Ellen Seavers, died, age 17, in 1874, Main St, Dingle. A William Seavers present at death. His sister? Added. Their mother died in 1869, age 40. Could not find a death for John. He may have travelled to England with William.

A bit of a long shot but there was a Non conformist death of a John Seavers, age 44, in Hackney, 1876.

Elizabeth Alice died, age 17, in 1881, John st, Dingle
