She can safely be eliminated because Alice Hannah Wood, 25, married 5 years, born Campbeltown, is in the 1911 census in Manchester with two children, Geoffrey Alfred, 4 and Marjorie Lydia, 1, both born in Manchester. The GRO web site confirms that both children's  mother's maiden surname is M(a)cNeilage.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
