In the 1861 census the property is on the same page as Woodside, Blackhill, Stonyford and Bogago

All this is a reminder of the archaic pronunciation of "v" as "w".

Very true and a rewarding puzzle  :)

Using the seamless map https://maps.nls.uk/geo/explore/#zoom=15.0&lat=57.57009&lon=-3.58537&layers=257&b=1 you can hover over Reverrand and read off the National Grid Reference in the lower right corner.

Find the blue button in the lower left corner and drag it to the left. You can see that the site of Reverrand is now a field, and that no trace of Reverrand is visible on the field, though the outline of the field is unchanged.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
