Sept qtr on Freebmd = deaths registered in July, August & September so probably a bit late for a May death and would be that Sarah age 0.

June qtr = April, May & June

In my opinion the marriage residence is not always the place of birth. Never forget Workhouse and overseers accounts records of birth

One of my ancestors, Sarah Fielden nee Crossley, I have down as died 7th May 1849 age 74.  I can't remember where I got those dates from, probably an Ancestry tree or Geneanet.

My ancestor was the widow of James Fielden of Square (Walsden), 1768-1828.

A published tree has the marriage of Sarah Crossley and James Fielden and his death. (Square, 1828).
It then has a marriage for Sarah Fielden and Ruben Haigh in 1830 (both of Walsden) at St Chad’s  Rochdale.
** The parish record has this Sarah as a Spinster
There is then a death for Sarah Haigh, 74 yrs, of Square - 7th May 1849

1849   07-May   Sarah Haigh     74   Square

No spouse named which as the entry below (Betty) has a spouse of Rueben seems to indicate she was not married but not guaranteed true

Trouble is there are so many Reuben Haighs & James & John Fieldens it would probably be worth knowing how the OP decided which one was her family
