3.Dr. William Lynn, c. 1690-1758 m. Ann Colhoun; Dr. William Lynn had a brother-in-law, Charles Colhoun and a sister-in-law, Rebecca Colhoun, both of Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. Dr. William Lynn died in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.

5.Mary McCauley m. Col. James Duncanson, 1735-1791, factor of the firm of Buchanan Co., Glasgow, Scotland. James was a factor with Robert Duncanson. When Robert died his heir was Thomas Duncanson, surgeon, of Co. Murray, Scotland.
Col. James Duncanson, came to Fredricksburgh, VA to go into business with his brother, Robert ; James m. Mary "Molly" Macauley, d. 1790, dau of Dr. Macauley of Edinburgh and Hannah Lynn; Mary was said to have been a near relative of the historian, T. B. Macaulay.
Duncanson was the owner of the Clover Hill Plantation, Culpeper County, VA; buried St. George's Cemetery.
