Query re iPhone 12 calendar app

Is there a way to delete suggestions that pop up when I start entering a calendar event?

For instance, if I enter Flower a suggestion pops up for a group that closed down before Covid.

I don’t have Siri enabled.

Not a great problem I know but irritating.

Go into Settings > Siri & Search

There you will find Suggestions, turn off what you want

Even with Siri turned off the search, suggestions and notifications are still active

Unfortunately I cannot see any way to turn off the unwanted titles under Calendar Suggestions in Siri & Search.
