Hi Everyone
    I am trying to find some details on the above who may have married an ADA F STORRY c1905!

It's a bit of a confusing family which I am trying to sort out.  John Thomas and Ada seem to have had three children who were perhaps born in England:-

1) ADA 1907-2001 Married Frederick Thomas KEOWN in NSW AUS
2) ANNIE 1909 -2002 Married name WADE (married in Aus)
3) MARGARET 1911-1989 (Married Hugh Leonard CATTELL NSW)

In 1911 John Thomas seems to be in NEW ZEALAND where he had an illegitimate son ie JOHN KENNETH Greaves-McDERMOTT with Rose A F GREAVES

I would like to find if possible any births of the three children of Ada and John Thomas firstly and hopefully any shipping records coming to NZ or Aus.

Hi Everyone
     Thanks for the information.  It's a bit strange really. I have just received the marriage certificate of Rose Annie Florence GREAVES to John Thomas McDermott in April 1921.

Say's John Thomas McDermott was a widower born Marple, Derbyshire England, Electro Plater, age 38.  living at Birdwood Ave Kensington.  Father:- THOMAS McDERMOTT (deceased) and ANNIE COFFEE (deceased).  Occupation of Father was Railway Employee.

So it looks like John had to wait until his first wife died in 1920.  Still trying to wrap my head around the two children born to him in New Zealand and Australia.
