Putting pedigrees together in order to connect families is my hobby.  I am always happy when a descendant comes forward to add additional information.  I will later be connecting this family to others which are of my primary interest.

Just posting a very long list of names etc makes people wonder what the reason is behind it.  If you are just posting for info only it would be helpful if that could be made clear in one of 2 ways

Either by adding FOR INFO ONLY to your subject header

Or - putting it as the top line of your post.

If, however, you need help with any aspect of the pedigree - can you make that clear in your post

Have you added the surnames in your FH to the Surname Interests Board?

There are 291,210 members of RootsChat with over 6.7 million posts, imagine if we all posted
long lists of our pedigrees on these board, it would be over whelming to say the least  :-\

We all like to help but in smaller doses and with specific questions.  Your possible missing out on good information because people aren't exactly aware of what you do want.

Sandra, I have no specific questions regarding this family.  If I had a question, I would utilize the question mark.  If there is no question mark, then there is no question.
The pedigrees are long, but if a person is related to this family they might find it useful.
But as I stated earlier, I really have no particular interest in this family except for the fact that it is connected to the Pelly family, and the Pellys are connected to several families that I have an interest in.

Pedigrees or Family Trees are more appropriate to the sites such as Ancestry or Family Search etc.  It is mainly those sites people look to for info.

Do you have the ones below that you have posted on RC already online with any other sites?
