Where have you searched so far? Nothing obvious is coming up in 1911 Irish census.

What makes you think she was born in Ireland c1910? What records have you found for them? (marriage? death? census? etc.)

Colleen isn't that popular an Irish name - makes me wonder if it is her proper name, or a nickname?

There is a marriage 1941 Wharfedale
Colleen P Marshall and Fred Hardake  - think that should be Hardaker.

There is then a death and probate if this is the person.
