It’s the 1861 census.
There are other Smees on the previous page. (Indexed as Smith on FindMyPast, but Smee on Ancestry)

This Smee is male and a tailor. I am sticking with my “Saml”. Ie Samuel

The capital S varies over the sheets

I think it's Cyril Smee. Compare the C in Caroline 2 lines below.
