Oxford and Bucks Light Infantry prior to WW1

I am trying to locate William Arthur Richardson 8238 b Brighton 1888, 2nd Battalion,Oxford and Bucks Light Infantry.
I have tried every permutation that I can think of to find him on the 1911 census, to no avail.
So I thought I would approach it from another angle…namely…finding where the regiment were based in May 1911!
I have his military movements during WW1 but can find nothing prior to 1914. This leads me to my question…is there anyway/anywhere that I can find out the location/movements of the regiment prior to WW1?
*I have tried Aldershot,Hampshire and Sandgate, Kent*

I think he's possibly at Shorncliffe camp in 1911. Lance Corporal William Richardson, aged 24, born Brighton.

Shaun J….how did I not find that? I used Ancestry and Find My Past…arrgghh

This is bizarre…he just does not show upon Ancestry 1911…to be honest, I am getting fed up with Ancestry

That's the one I plumped for - you can make out "Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire" in col 5.
On September 29th 1911 the 2nd Battalion moved from Shorncliffe to Aldershot.
