It's from the Surrey Advertiser 7 May 1910 and says that Albert Hanson, a 28 year old navvy of 5 School Road, East Molesey, was charged with disorderly conduct and assaulting Geo Moulden, upholsterer, of 1 Suffolk Villas, Manor Road, East Molesey.  Not much more to the story than that I'm afraid.

Not sure why he'd change his surname to George?

Anyway, there's an Albert William George, upholsterer,  living in Kentish Town with his family in 1901, so I don't think he's your chap
