SMH lookup Madden

Sydney Morning Herald of 6 July 1996 has 2 death notices for Ivy Annie Madden (Source Ryerson Index) but one has the name 'Kelly' included which is the puzzle I need to look at.
If anyone can help I'm grateful.

Thank you so much 'cuppa' I think it must have been a nickname as I found no marriage or relationships of the time frame to fit either in.
also could not access notice online so many thanks for that.
