I'm pretty sure the capbadge is the Royal Artillery Territorial Force.

Could you if you can look at the Burnt Attestation Papers Survived for a George Holding 16001 RFA
that is Samuel's Home Address also
as we are hoping its the Brothers in the Photo though the Attestation says RFA ?
What's your Opinion Please ?

If  I'm reading your post correctly and the replies then George Holding's address at attestation in 1915 was 38 Girladys Street, Liverpool. By then he had married Mary Blohm in 1913 and his address at time of marriage was 42, Howe St, Liverpool

Both Samuel and George appear in 1911 census at

38 Gwladys St Walton Liverpool, Walton on the Hill, Lancashire, England

As Andy says he's RFA although there's nothing to indicate whether he's
TF or Regular.
From his service record you would have to conclude it's brother George.
I notice on the death cert. of his daughter in brackets it says he's a
Fireman (stoker) in the Merchant Marine as well as being a Gunner in the RFA.
It may have been added later as it looks like a different hand but that's another
story I suppose.
