I would suggest this is a pre-war annual camp of men of the KLR TF.
The 5th. Btn.
1908-14.
As you can see they're signallers.

Have had comment from King's Forum Member that they are probably 9th King's
If they were 5th King's then they would have had Blackened Brass Cap Badges ?
Nice photos though
Head Hats never seen before by me.So very interesting

Apparently the 6th Volunteer Btn became in 1908 the 9th Territorial Btn
