Bartley PRONI file Co. Monaghan

My husbands William Bartley who  born ??? died in 1857 , Scarva, Co. Down said he was born in Rockcorry. So I am hoping some kind person if they go to PRONI could look at the following  for me to see what Bartley's are listed. Thank you in advance! Judi in Missouri, USA

Attached are some letters from Jennie M Patten, Yuma, Colorada, 1931, to Denis Bell, about the descendants of Thomas Clarke (or Dr Clarke as he was known), minister of Cahans Presbyterian Church from c.1750-64 and who emigrated to New York, with 300 other Presbyterians, mostly from his own congregation, in 1764.
