Many thanks. Will also help with my Norfolk lot and Suffolk lot as many Suffolk wills were proved in Norwich Consistory Court. One ancestor of Parham, Suffolk had a will proved in Norwich 1801. NCC.

It is only an index, but does provide a link to the NRO index. Easier than searching on NRO site.
I have just searched it for a rare surname from my OH's tree. It told me that one of his ancestors married by Licence (I had seen a transcript many years ago just showing marriage date and place, but did not know whether it was licence or banns). So a bit more useful information there. However I then checked on FindMyPast and discovered they had image of the actual licence - so need to go to Norwich. And a bonus: The bondsman had the same surname as the groom but from a different village - so a lead on a possible name for father or brother. I wouldn't have thought to relook at this marriage if it hadn't been for this post alerting us to the new record set.
Thank you.
