COMPLETED - Looking for Massey Road, Plumstead ...

Hello Everyone - I'm trying to find out where Massey Road, Plumstead, London was - it doesn't seem to exist any more.   Any searches online only come up with images of a house at 213 Massey Road in November 1969 where a murder was committed ... I've looked at old maps but haven't found anything (clearly looking in the wrong place or it has been cleared away by the local council) - any help re location would be much appreciated!  Thanks, Nina

Are you sure it isn't Maxey Road, which is a street name in Plumstead?

The 1969 murder took place at 213 Maxey Road, Plumstead, according to numerous contemporary newspaper reports.

This newspaper article say's Massey Road...This must be where the mix up came about..

Thank you everyone - yes, it must be Maxey Road!  I've now found that road on an old map and can see where it used to be.  Many thanks again, Nina
