From the censuses, her birthplace seems to be Llanvihangel Crucorney, Monmouthshire around 5 miles north of Abergavenny.

Ancestry have indexed her with the Lucas family, but as she's listed before them on the image I think she might be living with the previous family called Rowley

Possible for Thomas Powell in 1851 - there's a chap b c1820 in "not known" Herefordshire  lodging at the Plough Inn, Pencoyd. Labourer - married
