Robert COTRILL 29   Head born Norwich occ coachman
Ann 24   Wife born Perth Scotland
Harriet A 5/12   Daughter born Marylebone

Thanks so much for everyone that's responded.
I'm confident I've found my Great Grandmother's BC but the surnames are very strange. Everything else aligns very well. It looks like the parents married after her birth so the mystery around them continues and maybe why the names are misaligned. Both the baptism record and the BC for Harriet Ann EMMS/COTTRELL agree other than on surname, including location and occupation.
Thanks once again,
Mildred

Dear Ladyhawk,
What you've found is very interesting.
It is obvious that there was some movement around Annie and Robert Emms/Cottrell's names.

I now have Annie and Robert Cottrell in 1871 in St Marylebone with their daughter Harriet Ann, who I now know was born in 1870.

We now think that is their Marriage Cert in 1885.

And the 2nd GRO document is their daughter Harriet Ann's BC. But confusion still remains about the Merson bit unless that was an error by the Birth Registrar.
Thanks for your help.
Mildred
