Henry Hart aged 15 convicted 12.3.1840 “larceny before convicted of felony” at Nottingham & sentenced to 10yrs transportation

Henry Hart aged 14 convicted of larceny 4.4.1839 at Nottingham sentenced to 1 months imprisonment

There is a 15yr old Henry Hart on the 1841 census but he married Elizabeth Rawding in 1847 & can can be found on subsequent censuses

I suspect your Henry was transported during 1840
