Hello this is for my 3rd Great Grandmother

1851 Census: Wantage Union Workhouse
HO107/1689/251 p9
Mary Fuller aged 28 unmarried Labourer b East Hannay, Berkshire

Her daughter Anne Fuller was born 10 November 1850, she appears on page 8 of the same census aged 5 b Wantage
[This should have read 5 mos which would correspond with her actual birthdate but mos was not written]

Anne Fuller's Birth Record also states:
Born: Tenth November 1850, Union Workhouse Wantage, mother - Mary Fuller
No father's name shown
Mary Fuller was the informant.
When Registered: Third December 1850

I interpret this as Mary Fuller entered the workhouse sometime before Ann's Birth in November, had her there, and still lived there at least after December 1850?

The following 1861 census has both no longer living in the Workhouse anymore.

I do not have any other records of that time period and hope to learn more about their time while in the Workhouse.  I have looked online on Ancestry, Family Search, Genuki ( https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/Paupers/ )

Are there admittance or discharge records, birth records, medical records, or others available from Union Workhouses?

Much of this line of family is from and lived in Berkshire which I have found.

Not sure where to look next, and I am unable to travel in person.  I hope to find records.  Willing to pay research fees if needed as well.

I can send the census and birth documents if needed (sorry I could not how to attach them to this message)

Thank you ahead of time!
