I suspect that Phyllis could be his mother.  There are other people at the address given on probate record prior to WW2 that could be his father.

Unfortunately there are three possible Glamorganshire births for an Ivor Morgan with MMN Morgan around the right time.

Further report on the wedding in the Pontypridd Observer Sat Oct 3 1931,  names Phyllis Morgan as being the fifth daughter of Mr and Mrs Plocyn Morgan, Bute farm, Church Village. Bridesmaid was niece Joan Moragn, best man Mr Glyndwr Morgan (brother of the bride), Sam S Jones, Ivor Bowcott and Harry M, Bowcott, brother in law and nephews of the bride who acted as groomsmen,

The Caerphilly Journal Sat 27 Apr 1935 has a large obituary for Mr W. T Morgan "Plocyn" of Bute Farm. He was a well known Vale of Glamorgan Farmer. Buried at Llantrisant and numerous family members named.

Morgan-Ivor, Flight-sergt, reported missing, now believed killed in July, grandson of the late Mr and  Mrs W. T Morgan, Bute Farm, Llantwit Fardre.
