Sarah Symons born c1776 possibly Sipton

I have Sarah Symons born c1776. She married Richard Snell in 1801 in Talland, Cornwall.

1841 census, living in Lansallos Cornwall and says she was born in the county.
1851 census says she's born in Sipton, Devon. I looked carefully at the writing and it doesn't look like Lifton, which is the only record I could find. But the enumerator could always have misheard?
1861 census, living with her daughter Elizabeth and son in law John pointer, says she was born in Lansallos.

She died in 1862.

Can anyone find her baptism and and parents please?

Hi. Thank you. That's the one I was on about. It's the only one I can find as well. She does call one of her children Susan. What do you think?

Is there even a Sipton in Devon? I thought I'd found one and now I can't 🤦🏻‍♀️

Looking at the image of the original page for the 1851 Census it looks like Lifton to me.

I cannot find a Sipton in Devon. The closest I can find is Slapton and the Census entry definitely does not say that.
