French item from Rodiere manuscripts

I found this purely by accident when looking for a marriage on one of the Rodiere notary films . (Lovergne. 12J 1-201. 1627-1631. PAge 6/22)

Am I correct in thinking this says Charles D'aire 'the younger'?
If so, it would seem his father was also a Charles D'aire - so the next generation found.
(The Anne Chevalier in this piece died not long after this, and Charles D'aire remarried Jeanne Senlecque - for anyone following these French lines.)

I'd appreciate some help with the few missing/unclear words.
Google says 'foraines' are fairgrounds?
Does anyone know what the money would have been in 1629?

Just checking that this is basically Charles D'aire and Anne Chevalier's payment of rent for a house and farm at Hatchen (or variations of spelling), to the widow of Emmanuel Cardon, who presumably owned the land, and was an official who collected a range of taxes.

1 LIVRE tournois = 20 sous (1 SOL, or SOU but many SOUS) = 240 DENIERS
1 SOL or SOU = 12 DENIERS

Same thing in England before 1971 ( 1 pound , 20 shillings  ,12 pence)

I wonder what the equivalent value is today?
One site I found on-line  (www.pierre-marteau.com/currency/converter/fra-eng.html)
gives 64 lives 17 sol 3 deniers as the equivalent of 4 pounds 17 shillings and 4 pence, although you can't seem to put in an exact date.
Would you think that was about right?
