Looking at old maps (Geohive), Railway Street may have previously been called Mecklenburg Street and Mabbot Street ran off Mecklenburg Street as an extension of Gloucester Place Lower.

Another map shows Railway Street as Lower Tyrone Street.

Ack, I should've realised that; I have a general note about Dublin street names that changed name, and I have this as "Mecklenburgh Street - Tyrone Street - Railway Street"

Edit: and indeed there are two Graydon women in 16 Lower Tyrone Street in 1911.
