Side by Side maps - position cursor over Pyllau-Crynion for location on modern map and to scroll -
https://maps.nls.uk/geo/explore/side-by-side/#zoom=17.0&lat=52.08282&lon=-4.05930&layers=6&right=ESRIWorld

In 1841 William is at Glanrafon and the premises listed either side are " ... Cwmbedw, Glanrafon, Gwar gate, Glanhathren ...". Those listed either side can be viewed on this map but not Glanrafon (the map is 1887 - the earliest I can find) -

Tithe maps (about 1840s) show holdings for William Williams, Glanyrafon, Pencarreg. Click on view map or apportionment or Tithe map overlay.
https://places.library.wales/search/52.085/-4.053/16?alt=&page=1&refine=&query=glanyrafon&order=desc&sort=score&rows=100&county%5B%5D=Carmarthen&parish_facet%5B%5D=Pencarreg&occupier_facet%5B%5D=William%20Williams&leaflet-base-layers_94=on

I also checked Pwyllau Cryn(i)on tithes and noted the landholder was the Rev. Evan Evans - William's landlord at Glanyrafon.

Not sure what time scale you're after but the occupier of the farm in 1828 was a Samuels and he's is listed in a NLW document https://archives.library.wales/index.php/informationobject/browse?topLod=0&sort=relevance&query=Pyllecrynon&repos=
