If it's the same person who wrote Weaver, I'd say probably Hannan (because of the way he wrote 'r'). But if he did a different style of 'r' in the middle of a word, or if it was someone else writing, it could be Harman. (First name = James)

But we need to see more text around the name to be sure. Can you snip a larger image with more text and attach?
