Old Dublin streets - McCalls cottages rathmines

Hi everyone
New to rootchat so I hope I’m posting in the right area. I’m researching my family and an address on my grandmothers birthcert is McCalls cottages. I know they lived in rathmines, although doesn’t state McCalls cottages are in rathmines. They may have moved . I can’t locate or see any history on these cottages. Any ideas where I could find information?

There is a McCalls Cottages in the census

Now where would Fitzwilliam DED be?

There are deaths in the newspapers for McCalls Cottages Portobello Harbour

Portobello Harbour is in Fitzwilliam DED so looks good so far.

A licence application in 1994 The Barge at 42 Charlemont St and 32 Charlemont Mall in the parish of St Peter’s Dublin part of the lands of St Pulcres otherwise St Sepulchres and formerly known as McCalls Cottages.

There is indeed a family of byrnes in mccalls cottages but names don’t seem to
Match.
I’m Confused as I was always led to believe the cottage was in rathmines too. Maybe they moved after this census then.
