Marriage Jan 1859 Norwich

Can anyone give me more details regarding the marriage of a Deborah Bell and Clement Newton who married in January 1859 in Norwich, Norfolk.  I am seeking his father's name if possible.  Tks.

There is a Clement Newton baptised 1836, Norwich with parents James and Sarah.

He is with his parents in 1851 1815/211/6 in Norwich.

I can’t see him 1861 but 1871 910/98/12
He is a widower in Chatham.

Free BMD Marriage 1875 Medway - Clement Newton and Jane Elizabeth Cripps are on the same page.
Marriage at St. Margaret Next Rochester, Kent transcript has father as James.

Helpful.. thanks very much.  Yes, I feel confident this is the correct/right Clement Newton. 

So his first wife Deborah died in 1870.  One child from the marriage. Then he married again in 1875 and had a large family.

Agree that is him in 1871.

I wonder where they were in 1861.  Will try and find them.

They had two children
James Isaac 1862 reg Greenwich - died 1 June 1862 buried 5 June 1862 Greenwich

Charles James 1865 reg. Greenwich who married Alice Earl 25 December 1890 at Walthamstow Essex he died 1923

Big help.  So they were probably there in 1861 but had moved to Kent by 1870.  Poor Deborah and then Clement having lost his wife too.

I had a look on FindMyPast and Ancestry in Norfolk Marriages and Banns and cannot see any marriage certificate, indicating their church of marriage's records have not yet been indexed that recent, or they wed at the registry office or a non conformist chapel/church.
