ster at pearth in name of the exe[cuto]rs minors made faith (= took an oath) and
thomas oliphant of hi[    ] is becum cautione (= is become caution)

All the money is in £ Scots, which was worth a twelfth of the £ Sterling.
This is a testament dative, in other words William Rind did not make a will, but died intestate and the commissary court appointed his children to be executors. That being the case, what you have is an inventory of the possessions of the deceased along with a list of debts owed to him. He obviously didn't owe any money himself. The debts consist of 'borrowit money' (i.e. money borrowed and to be paid back without interest) and annualrents (= interest) due in two yearly instalments at Whitsun in May and Martinmas in November.

William's wife has died and his two children, Robert and Jonet are both minors, hence John Robertson's acting for them. Thomas Oliphant is cautioner for Robertson, in other words surety that he will carry out his work properly. The Quot is the sum (a proportion of the value of the net estate) which was paid to the commissary court for confirming the testament.
