Sorry I meant Hohenelbe which is now Vrchlabí, Kralovehradecky, Czech Republic.
Got my hochs and hohens in a muddle!

According to the birth of his daughter, Theresia, he was there by 1829 and married there in 1832 as the mother is described as his wife on her July 1832 burial.
