Conundrum - logic makes nonsense of the facts or not?

Sarah is widowed in 1881 and living in Clerkenwell with children Harry, Charlotte and Annie

In 1891 Sarah is still in Clerkenwell with children Annie and Alice, she is age 66 bn Hampton Wick.

1901 she is with her married daughter Alice Colebourne in Islington age 76

Perhaps this is who they are thinking died in 1901

Did daughter Mary Ann Ellen marry?  Is it her death causing confusion in 1901?

Thank you so much for all your input and very grateful. I have ordered certificates but it seems the facts support the death of Mary Ann and marriage to Sarah Mulloy. I will report back once I get them.
