There is a tree on Ancestry - have you tried contacting the tree owner for more info.  Tree shows burial June 2001 Surrey

I will lookout for that tree and explore further but I am reluctant to enquire about this recent bereavement.  I thought that there might be a newspaper report.

It was 22yrs ago so I’m sure the tree owner won’t mind.  Depending on the circumstances of her death,  there may not be much more than an obituary in British newspapers.
