Hello Brijay51,

Welcome to Rootschat!  ;D

Do you know what became of (or what family stories there are of?) Frances after parting company with William Carter Kearsley?  Her age?

Some background data:

William Carter Kearsley (1900-1976) buried in Karrakatta
1930: Court Case (Trove)
1931: Electoral roll, with Frances, in Northam, WA
1944: Married:  Mavis Jean Hancock

https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/211241273?searchTerm=%22Frances%20Kearsley%22

Frances Kearsley
1930: Court Case (Trove)
1931: Electoral roll, with William, in Northam, WA

You've stated her birthplace listed as Cumberland, England.

This is worth a follow:

BIRTH: Frances Davidson, mms Denton
GRO Registered Penrith, Cumberland, December Qtr 1894

You need to Register, and sign in to search the Index - but it's free

Welcome to RootsChat from me too.

That looks like a good possibility for Frances' birth AMBLY. William DAVIDSON married Margaret DENTON Mar qtr 1875 Penrith   (10b/609). They can be found on the 1881 census at Crosby St Crosscanonby (with a couple of DENTON visitors)
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2WM-V2H9
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2WM-VVB8
(the household goes over 2 pages)

Margaret and Frances DENTON seem to appear twice in the 1881, they are also recorded at Watermillock with Henry DENTON:

Looks like Frances DAVIDSON (18) on a passenger list to Fremantle in 1913 on the Orama.

Modified to add:
Is this a possible for Frances in 1911 - step daughter with the family of Edward and Margaret SMALL in Holbeck, Yorkshire. (Margaret is born Keswick)

Yes, that passenger list looks very good  :D

(Snap) we cross posted  :D :--

The online trees for the Davidson-Denton family don't have Frances b 1894 on them.
And they don't have anything of the mother Margaret Denton - no parents, no death

I can't find Margaret in 1901. But what do you think about this a decade later?
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XWV8-WW6

Edward Small 's wife in 1901 was Selina Small.
Now it's Margaret Small 49 b Keswick  Cumberland, 10 yrs his senior, married 3 years.
His 2 daughters Louie (sic) 17 and Selina 15
And stepdaughter Frances Davidson 16, b Watermillock

I can't find a SMALL-DAVIDSON marriage?

I think as Selina SMALL died 1906, there is a marriage for Edward SMALL in Bramley West Yorks in Jun qtr 1907 (9b/725), however there are only 3 names on the index, so a spouse is missing. Just trying to locate the missing - I'm guessing it's Margaret (maybe DENTON??).

Modified to add:
There seems to be a Margaret LEE and a Margaret Sarah WOMACK who married in Bramley in Jun qtr 1907 (9b/723). There are 5 entries on the index, so one of them is probably not meant to be there. Hope that makes sense.

Margaret Sarah WOMACK - pretty sure she married William Hollings WESTERMAN, who died in 1908. She is widowed in 1911 (says married 4 years).

So Edward SMALL likely married Margaret LEE in 1907.
