Yes, but where is her death?
Sad reading of her son Erle’s probate.

Getting very side tracked now!
Anyway! I would buy the Elizabeth Emily 1895 death cert if it was my family. But I am apt to be a spendthrift regarding this hobby!

Thank you for all the replies. I am trying to clarify and confirm the children's details and in the course of doing that looked at other trees. As might be expected many irregularities but several trees referred to Eliza Marion as Marion. This led to find (via Find a Grave) the death of a Marion Friston b 1866 d 19 Dec 1902. She is buried in the Archer St Cemetery Masterton Wellington. I am cautiously optimistic that this is Eliza Marion. I will provide more info when I have properly verified it.

Thank you all for your replies. I have looked at all the links and there are some interesting items there. Shanereagh you refer to an Ann Frampton with some reference numbers I have no idea what this is about.mckha489 thank you for confirming Marion Friston's death. You provide a link to Erle Frampton's will. I had to register to access it and after a convoluted registering process successfully registered -or so I thought  then up came login failed! To avoid confusion here is what I know about the children:
Eliza Marion  b 1866 Bermondsey. 1893 m Frederick Onesimus Friston They had 2 children Erle Frederick (1898) and Ellen Marian (c1900). Erledied on 29 Nov 1920 in Townsville, Queensland. He is commemorated on the Townsville memorial but on line at least is recorded as Eric. I have advised the Australian War Memorial Research centre of this. I know nothing for certain about Ellen other than her birth. However at the link belowthere is an item that refers to Ellen Marion Friston and there is an appropriate marriage in 1921. Many trees give a death in 1989 with no evidence and I have not found one,
https://alchetron.com/Geoffrey-Duncan-Chisholm
Charles Edwin b1870 Lewisham London. Died 25/Oct 1899. Buried  Waikumete cemetery
Thomas Milton b  1872 Greenwich. Died  16  Aug 1903 @ Tokomaru Bay, buried Makaraka cemetery Gisbourne. On 23 May 1900 m Margaret Elizabeth  “Pets” Warren. 14 Oct 1900 Charles Edwin born. In 1925 he (Charles) m Edith Ada Lister. It is possible they had at least one child. Charles d 1983 in Auckland.
Ada Elizabeth b 6 May 1876 West Ham.d 1895. Buried @ Halcombe cemetery.

What happens if you try this for Erle’s probate?

https://ndhadeliver.natlib.govt.nz/delivery/DeliveryManagerServlet?dps_pid=IE64321084

Ellen (known I think as Nellie as brother has Miss N in his stuff) Marion’s wedding

https://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/newspapers/HNS19220125.2.55?items_per_page=10&query=Friston+Chisholm+&snippet=true

One wonders why Frederick Friston seems noticeable by his absence at the wedding

I wonder if Ellen married a second time. There is this 1989 death

1989/49512   Hunt   Marion Ellen   27 December 1897

Added…but I am not convinced that is correct.
