I have spotted a matching English born Nora Wright Becher on an Ancestry tree.
I also see that Nora MONRO was a 1925 passenger from New Zealand but travelling alone.
Perhaps Noel MONRO also had interests in New Zealand?

Without a birth certificate, I presume that Pamela Dorothea MONRO is infact Nora's daughter.

I am now trying to track Pamela's 1943 marriage to a Colin Bannetyne STEWART and his possible UK roots.

I have some STEWART families who use the middle name BANNETYNE [or Bannatyne] but have yet to make a connection with Colin in South Africa.

he is 66 in 1950. So he is likely the 1884 birth
There is only one on Scotland's People over 1883-1885. 
Mother's surname SMITH ! oh joy.
