If the Sarah I followed is the incorrect one, its no bother, at all

the 1939 has Catherine Evans birth date as 18th November 1883, the same date a year out, so perhaps a mistake on the paper work,

Good finds Radcliff, well done. The one document that would confirm all this is Sarah's marriage in 1892 to John Patrick, naming her father as Henry/Harry.
