John Fursse - 1939 Register

I hope that everyone had a good Christmas.
I am still trying to fill in some of the gaps in my research and am hoping that someone may be able to help with the above.
John Fursse in 1939 was a patient in 1Special 1Special Redbridge reg RG101/1108C/009/21.
I am assuming that it was a hospital but which one?

If you page back to the beginning of that set of images…it is Claybury Mental Hospaital
