its ok, i found it. I do wonder from the wording if James had other children from a previous relationship, seems strange to say youngest daughter

I would expect them to be buried in Ruthin Road Cemetery,  there are no burial records for the Cemetery and non conformist people were also buried there there.
There was a survey of gravestones done years ago and MI's were recorded.

Yes, I though that, especially as they seemed old for a first marriage.

James had been married before, Elizabeth was a spinster.
It would be worth getting the bond to see if  other names on it might help.
Why would they need a licence I wonder.
