so for the cheapest option is it the full details but just typed up rather than a picture of the form itself?

The cheapest option is digital but it doesn't show the whole form, just the bit in the middle with names and dates.  If you need to see the full certificate - then you go for the pdf version.  The most expensive one which comes through the post is really only needed for legal reasons.

I guess you've just ordered a digital one.
