The nearest place that I can find is Poonamallee, Tamil Nadu, India

It's probably a wrong spelling of a place in Merionethshire but so far I can't see anything like it

James was baptised on the 3rd Dec 1899, The snip  that I;ve put up is under the parents names and the abode is Fron deg, Pennal
