My interpretation is

She is 5ft 6 inches tall
Age 21

fr(esh complexion) bro(wn hair) gr(een eyes). And something describing her physique, which wasn’t slender.   Something meaning stocky? Perhaps. Can you page through the book and see anything similar that is clearer.

Last word is Kilkenny
And her occupation is dittoed from the entry above,  but I am not sure what that is.  Possibly just “Spr” for spinster

See what others think

What is the record you are looking at....which might suggest what information was recorded.

Is it related to employment...or summary of offence......or money to be paid.....?

What is the record?

It was regarding appearance, and I couldn't work out the word next to fr(esh) bro(wn) gr(een). The others on the page were all slender, however she is 5/6 height - quite tall for a woman - and I guess it might be stocky! or solid?

All done in abbreviations! No visible headings though.
Complexion  fresh
Hair Brown
Eyes green
Body might be stout, solid

Sue

Adding.
The ditto refers to the occupation of the person above and may be an abbreviation for shepherd.

It does say "gr" for green eyes, but other records say her eyes were blue, (but the other records don't mention body stature!)

From the following link, clicking the link for Related Records gives more info (each with their own link) on her, including who she married, a mention of a tattoo, etc.  There might be something that helps you learn about this lady.

P.S  The following link is the Related Records link, just in case, like me, you end up going in circles and can't get back to the starting point!  When you hit a page of image numbers, give it a minute to load.

gr(ey) eyes might be more likely if they are described elsewhere as blue.

I think the abbreviation after the eye colour might be 'std' - for Standard build. I seem to remember a few months ago someone was puzzling over a similar entry - it might have been 'proportionate'? - and it seemed that it could have been used for anyone who wasn't noticeably fat or thin, or whatever we're supposed to say these days.

Bottom right is 'Spr', which is one of the standard abbreviations for Spinster. 'Weaver' in the bottom entry is for a man, but it's not that uncommon to find men defined by their occupation and women by their marital status (though in theory Spinster could be an occupation too).
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson

Thank you so much everyone for your help!
I believe the eyes are gr(ey)
And “standard” makes sense for body type. I can’t think how any convict could be called “fat” or “stout” on their diet! And she was a spinster and her occupation (I just worked out) was “plain cook” - meaning she could cook most meals by herself or with the employer. No fancy sauces, and no housework!
Fascinating!
Thanks again
