Hello,

I am trying to figure out what my greatx3 grandfather went to prison for, but I can't read a word of it! I am mostly wanting to know what this offence is/means? I cant remember how to upload an image so I have attached it - I hope that it can still be seen!

As for the rest of it ...

Committed at Wakefield City.
Sentenced to 7 days imprisonment with Hard Labour and a fine of 16 shillings.
Aged 60, 5 ft 8 ins tall, grey hair, a Labourer, Church of England, born Wakefield.
Discharged 17 Oct 1907 on expiration of sentence.

I think the entry in the Remarks column means: Paid 5/7ths of 16 shillings [amounting to] 11s. 5d, on 12 Oct 1907.
