Eric William wells 1914-1974

Hello,I hope someone can give me some help please,I am looking for information on my ancestor Eric William wells who was born in Leicester in 1914 to Joseph Henry wells and Agnes Jane Smith,I believe he died in 1974 while married to Margaret ordoyno,any help on the life of Eric would be greatly appreciated,kind regards Dean

Born on 2nd January 1914, living in Wigston in 1939.
In 1921, he was with his parents in Countesthorpe.
In 1939, he was in Saffron Road, Wigston, with his mother and siblings.

Married Margaret Rhoda Ordoyno, born on 12th November 1919, on 21st December 1939 at Pocklington's Walk Registry Office.
Daughter of George Samuel Ordoyno and Lily Atkin, who married in St Luke, Leicester, on 17th August 1913
In 1921, she was with her widowed mother in Leicester, with her Atkin grandparents.
In 1939, she was lodging at 41 Woodland Road, Leicester
She died on 13th November 2014 in a Wigston Care Home.

Eric William Wells, of Barnley Close, Countesthorpe, died 28th April 1974. Probate Nottingham £6,043

Thank you very much DCB,the information you found for me is so interesting to read,I believe they had 2 children,i know one of there children is still alive,not sure about the other,kind regards Dean

Online trees show three children, but no names because probably still living.

BMD records show two girls and one boy, which you cand find on Freebmd
