I downloaded the Word version, without any problems!
I entered gibberish in each text box (aaa, bbb, ccc, etc) - none came out in blue?

I really don't know what the problem was, it didn't work for me.  As I said in my previous post, I downloaded the PDF version and that has printed correctly.
